A weeks-long investigation has led to the arrest of a Long Island man for allegedly exposing himself to a girl. The incident happened on Tuesday, Sept. 10, in Valley Stream. A 17-year-old girl was walking on Emerson Place in the vicinity of Prague Street when a 2019 white Nissan Sentra pulled up next to her, according to Nassau County Police.
