Drug Task Force Nabs Area Man For Drugs, Gun A 39-year-old man is behind bars after being busted for drugs and a gun following an investigation into drug dealing by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. Zakeen Johnson, of the Town of Lloyd in Ulster County, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27, after the task force executed search warrants at addresses in both the Town of Poughkeepsie and the Town of Lloyd, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.
