Man Rescued From Apartment Fire In Area
A man who was seriously injured was rescued from an apartment fire by a brave neighbor and two workers in the area. The incident took place in Dutchess County around 9:45 a.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 16 in Pleasant Valley. DWI Dutchess Man Had Suspended License, Sheriff Says
A Dutchess County man was arrested for DWI and driving with a suspended license after being stopped for a traffic violation. David Leroy, 27, of Hyde Park, was stopped Saturday around 9:51 p.m. on West Road in Pleasant Valley, said Lt. Frank LaMonica Jr. During the stop, an investigation revealed that Leroy was intoxicated and that he had a suspended / conditional license, he added.
