Fugitive From Justice Nabbed In Hudson Valley For Stealing 2 Cars In 2 Days, Police Say A 19-year-old man who was a fugitive from justice was nabbed again for stealing two cars in two days from the same town. The unidentified man was arrested in Rockland County on Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Suffern. According to Suffern Police, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Thursday, Sept. 8. Video surveillance captured the suspect and officers were able to identify him shortly after receiving the report. Alert Issued For Wanted Area Woman Know her? Police issued an alert for Darlene Ballard, 58, who is wanted following her arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in May last year. According to the Town of Newburgh Police, Ballard later failed to show up to court on her scheduled appearance date, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Ballard was described as 5-foot-4 weighing approximately 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Alert Issued For Wanted Area Man Recognize him? Police issued an alert for a 23-year-old man who is wanted after being arrested in the area in 2014. Keffrey Marte is wanted by the Town of Newburgh Police Department following his arrest in December 2014 for unlawful fleeing of police. He later didn’t show up in court to respond to the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
