Man With Revoked License Caught Riding Lawn Tractor Drunk, Sheriff Says A man with his license revoked for a previous DWI was busted driving a lawn tractor down a Dutchess County highway, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Milan resident Joseph White, 53, was arrested shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, after a deputy sheriff on patrol on Route 199 in Milan found him operating a lawn tractor on the highway with an open alcoholic beverage in tow, Dutchess County Sheriff Lt.
