Missing Westchester Teen Found Update: The 19-year-old who went missing in Westchester has been located and is safe. Zachary Palmieri was last seen riding a bicycle in his hometown of Sleepy Hollow on Evergreen Way at around 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, the New York State Public Safety Department said.  "We have good news to share: Zachary Palmieri is safe after being located by the Sleepy Hollow Police Department in Pleasantville," the department said.
