Upwards of 225 people who attended the 10:15 a.m. and noon masses at St. Francis of Assisi Church in West Nyack on Sunday, Nov. 8 potentially may have been advised to contact the Rockland County Department of Health after a staff member at the church tested positive for the virus. Covid-19: High School Staffer In Area Tests Positive A staff member at a high school in the area has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The staffer notified Poughkeepsie High School on Sunday, March 22 of a positive diagnosis, said Irwin M. Goldberg, spokesperson for the Poughkeepsie School District.
