New York State Police troopers stopped Poughkeepsie resident Sharnae Campbell for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 44/55 in the town of Lloyd on Tuesday, Oct. 16. Shyron N. Williams, 29, was nabbed on Thursday, March 22, by Lloyd Police operating the vehicle on Route 44/55 in Highland and was in the company of a 15-year-old juvenile, said Lt. James Janso.
