The robbery took place at 10 a.m. Thursday at the bank at 800 Broadway in the City of Newburgh, said the City of Newburgh Det. Lt. Joseph Burns.  The man, who was wearing a black hoodie that partly concealed his face, did not display a weapon, police said.
