Arlyn Jowany Carrasco Cruz, 28, will have to serve just about all of the sentence because there is no parole in the federal prison system. Carjacker Admits Smashing Cabbie Dumped In Woodbury With Beer Bottle A New Jersey man admitted Wednesday that he smashed a cab driver in the head with a beer bottle during a carjacking before accomplices dumped the victim on the Thruway near Woodbury.
