Mountain Creek Pool Technician Justin Lazier, 32, Was 'Never Without A Smile' Justin K. Lazier of Vernon died unexpectedly on Monday, July 15 at St. Anthony’s Community Hospital in Warwick, N.Y. He was 32 years old. A Newton native, Justin graduated from Vernon High School and was a pool technician for Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon, his obituary says. He loved being outdoors, particularly in the snow, and was remembered for his positivity. She was 38.  She was born on June 11, 1980 in Newton, New Jersey the daughter of Joseph and Teresa Baird Banach. She graduated from Broome County Community College and continued her education at Marist College, earning her BA.
