Accused Drug Dealer Faces Felony Charge In Red Hook An accused drug dealer was busted with nearly three dozen bags of heroin during a traffic stop on a busy Red Hook road, police said. Members of the Red Hook Police Department stopped Kingston resident Neshon Jowers on Route 9G shortly after 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 when he committed a vehicle violation in the area. During the traffic stop, police said that they found Jowers, 37, to be in possession of 34 bags of heroin, eight bags of crack cocaine and four bags of cocaine powder.
