Man Dies After Jumping From Roof Of Palisades Center Mall A man died after jumping from the roof of a mall in the Hudson Valley. The incident happened in Rockland County at about 3:35 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21 at the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack. The unidentified man was found around 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 14 by Clarkstown Police after responding to a report of an unresponsive man on Dutch Court in West Nyack, said Officer Norman Peters.
