Hudson Valley Man Killed After Crashing SUV Into Guardrail A Hudson Valley man was killed after crashing an SUV into the center median guardrail on Route 17. The incident occurred in Orange County at 7:50 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, on Route 17 westbound near Exit 122 in Wallkill. DWI: Woman Crashes Into Ambulance In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley woman was charged with felony DWI after allegedly crashing into an ambulance while driving drunk. The crash took place in Orange County on Sunday, March 26 around 9:30 p.m., on westbound I-84 in the town of Montgomery. During the two-vehicle crash Ragi Hill, age 26, of the town of Wallkill, was driving a 2014 Acura TL when she hit the ambulance, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Nevel said during an investigation, troopers determined that Hill was impaired by alcohol and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The crash took place in Orange County around 2;10 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 29 on I-84 in Wallkill. When New York State troopers arrived on the scene they found a 2020 Acura RDX and a 2019 Dodge down an embankment off the north shoulder, said Trooper Steven Nevel.
