Newburgh Duo Charged With Drug, Gun Possession Two Hudson Valley men are behind bars after being charged with gun and narcotics possession following a traffic stop. The incident occurred in Orange County on Monday, June 10, in the city of Newburgh. Officers from the Ramapo Police Department were dispatched to the 7-Eleven on College Road in Monsey this week, where there was a report of an argument in progress between two parties.
