12 Westchester Residents Charged In State Police New Year's DWI Details New York State Police troopers busted two dozen local motorists over the New Year holiday weekend who were allegedly driving while impaired in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 29, State Police troopers from Brewster arrested Gideon Taub, 28, of Dobbs Ferry, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Susan Singer, 57, of Ossining, was hit around 7 a.m. between the Hawthorne and Valhalla stations, said MTA officials.
