A successful farm-to-table restaurant set on a county-owned Hudson Valley farm brought back from disrepair is still impressing patrons more than half a decade after opening. Tilly's Table, located in the Putnam County village of Brewster on the Tilly Foster Farm at 100 Route 312, opened in June 2017 and is still going strong more than seven years later. Farm-To-Table Restaurant Announces Closure After 31-Year Run In Hudson Valley
A Hudson Valley farm-to-table restaurant has closed after 31 years in business. The owner of Catherine's Restaurant said in an announcement on Thursday, July 21, that the Orange County eatery has permanently closed. The restaurant was located at 153 West Main St. in Goshen. Chef Stephen Serkes opened Catherine's Restaurant in 1991, offering a seasonal menu and a variety of dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. Westchester 'Farm To Table' Business Wins Mid-Hudson Grant
