Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Electronic Stalking Of Ex-Girlfriend's Vehicle, Police Say Following a two-month investigation, a New York man has been charged with electronic stalking in Fairfield County after allegedly affixing a GPS and listening device to an ex-girlfriend's vehicle.
