Tech Entrepreneur From Hudson Valley Found Dismembered Inside Luxury NYC Condo
A well-known tech start-up executive from the Hudson Valley was found dismembered, his body parts stuffed in garbage bags, inside his luxury Manhattan apartment.
Longtime Dutchess County resident Fahim Saleh, 33, a 2005 graduate of John Jay High School in East Fishkill, was found by police around 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, inside his residence at 265 East Houston St., according to the NYPD.
Saleh, who was born in Saudi Arabia, moved with his parents to the Poughkeepsie area in his early teens.
Police said his death has been ruled a homicide but released little other information.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly breaking into a man's home and then used her vehicle to damage a vehicle in the parking area as she continued her attack.
The incident took place in Dutchess County around 9:30 a.m., Sunday, June 14, when the Town of East Fishkill Police Department responded to a disturbance complaint.
When police arrived at the Hamilton Road residence, they found Sarah Atkins, 35, of East Fishkill, went inside the home of a 41-year-old man she knows and damaged property, said East Fishkill Police Lt. Derrick Cuccia.

On Friday, June 5, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Andrew C. Pesavento, 32, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWAI Drugs. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Impaired Man Found With Assault Rifle After Driving On Residents' Lawns, State Police Say
An allegedly intoxicated driver was found in possession of Ketamine and an assault rifle after driving on residents'lawns, according to New York State Police.
On Saturday, June 6, New York State Police troopers in Dutchess County were dispatched to East Fishkill, where there was a report of a driver who had been trenching lawns and driving on property.
Troopers canvassed the area, and tracked down the driver, Fishkill resident Daniel Mayorga, 37, on Fourth Road in East Fishkill, at which point they pulled him over and conducted a traffic stop.
