Busted, Again: Hudson Valley Man Caught Selling Drugs While In Diversion Program, Police Say A Hudson Valley man who was in a diversion program to avoid jail for selling narcotics in the region has been busted again for allegedly peddling drugs. Dutchess County resident Stefon Graham, age 33, of Beacon, was charged on a six-count indictment on Monday, Oct. 30 by a grand jury following an investigation by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt. Spike In Overdoses Leads To Arrest Of 2 Hudson Valley Fentanyl Dealers, Police Say A spike in the number of overdoses in the Hudson Valley led to the arrest of two residents. The Dutchess County Drug Task Force reported a significant spike in overdoses in the Dutchess County area over this past weekend. In response, task force agents were deployed into specific areas of Poughkeepsie on Monday, July 24 where two fentanyl dealers were operating in different locations, said Det. Sgt. Dealer Nabbed For Overdose Deaths From Fentanyl-Laced Heroin In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley alleged drug dealer has been charged in connection with the overdose deaths of four people. Dutchess County resident Allen Peloquin, aka "Ace," age 34, of Poughkeepsie, was taken into custody on Thursday, March 31. Peloquin was charged with distributing fentanyl-laced heroin that resulted in the death of a woman in Putnam County in Carmel, in Feb. 2020, and a man in Poughkeepsie, in May 2020, said Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
