3 Stabbed Outside Restaurant In Region: 38-Year-Old Suspect Nabbed A local man was charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing three men and attempting to stab a fourth outside a restaurant in the region. The incident took place in Sullivan County around 1 a.m., on Sunday, July 23 in the village of Liberty.
