Orange County Drug Dealer Charged With Selling Cocaine To Undercover Agent An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer is behind bars after selling more than two ounces of cocaine to an undercover agent following an investigation. Orange County resident Enido Isaac Rumaldo, age 20, of Port Jervis, was charged in Port Jervis on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Gang Assault Leads To Four Arrests In Area Three men and a juvenile were arrested in connection with a gang assault of a 39-year-old man in the area. The arrests took place around 11:40 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 19, when City of Beacon Police officers responded to the area of Main Street and Schenck Avenue for a past assault, said Det. Sgt. Jason Johnson.  The victim had been assaulted and robbed. A description of the attackers was given and a canvass of the area led to a foot pursuit with 31-year-old Cequan Kimble, of Beacon, Johnson said.
