Six Store Clerks Accused Of Selling Alcohol To Minors In Area Six employees of local liquor stores, gas stations, and convenience stores were cited for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. The six were arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 27, during a sting operation by members of the Town of Wallkill Police Department, Ron Rollings of the Town’s Building Department, and Investigator Martin Rafferty from the New York State Liquor Authority, to determine if businesses and restaurants were selling alcohol to minors. The 48-year-old victim from Piermont was heading north on Livingston Street around 10:30 p.m. when the driver of a sedan made a left into the Citgo gas station and hit the Vespa, Borough of Northvale Police Chief Howard J. Beacon Man Charged After Investigation Of Gas Station Armed Robbery A lengthy investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 25-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery that occurred at a gas station in Dutchess County about three months ago. The City of Beacon Police arrested Eric R. Johnson of Half Moon Road in Beacon on Friday, May 18 after investigating the armed robbery that occurred in February at the Citgo Gas Station located at 425 Fishkill Ave. in Beacon.  The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and the Town of Fishkill Police were also involved in the investigation.
