Poughkeepsie HS Teacher, JV Football Coach Possessed Child Porn, Police Say A high school teacher in the area has been arrested for alleged possession of a sexual performance by a child. Brian Kinsley, 34, an English teacher at Poughkeepsie High School, was arrested on Tuesday, June 11 by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Kinsley of the town of Shawangunk in Ulster County was arrested on a warrant following an investigation that revealed he was in possession of an inappropriate picture of a child that was downloaded from the internet, said Nevel.
