New Boil Water Advisory Issued In New Windsor ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. - Another "boil water" advisory has been issued in parts of New Windsor. A water boil advisory was announced by health officials on Wednesday, which will affect residents on Garden Drive, Blooming Grove Turnpike from Garden Drive to Willow Lane, Louise Drive, Cherie Lane, Suburban Court and Oakwood Terrace.  The cause of the boil water advisory was not immediately clear on Wednesday.
