Investigation Leads To Arrest Of Man For 'Possessing, Promoting' Child Porn A 50-year-old man has been sent to jail without bail after a month-long investigation led to his arrest on charges of possessing and promoting obscene sexual performance by a child, Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said. Members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s office, armed with a search warrant, conducted a search of the Putnam Valley home of Alex Amoroso and seized multiple electronic devices on April 19.
