Steven M. Brisee allegedly took a 2011 Nissan Altima from the impound yard at P and P Auto. He was charged with third-degree burglary, State Police said.
Brisee was arraigned in the Town of New Windsor Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $2000 cash bail.
