Marshall Henry, 25, pleaded guilty Thursday, Jan. 11, to one count of felony grand larceny for stealing the laptops from the non-profit over a period in April 2017, said Orange County Chief Assistant District Attorney Christopher Borek.
Henry, of Newburgh, made the plea in exchange for a recommended sentence of six months in jail and five years of probation, along with full restitution for the cost of the laptops, Borek said.
Henry, who is represented by David Gove, will remain free until his sentencing scheduled for April 12.
