The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County regarding the residency of 41-year-old Dwayne Rollinson, who has moved to a residence on Broadway in Newburgh.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Rollinson a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Rollinson had deviate sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old and 16-year-old girl in March 2009. He was convicted of third-degree rape of a minor and criminal sexual act in July that year and sentenced to 30 months in state prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Newburgh City Police Department.
