Nicholas Durbin of Middletown is wanted for failing to appear in court on charges that he had inappropriate sexual contact with numerous children, the state police said.
He is described as being a white male, 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest and police are asking anyone who may information regarding his whereabouts to contact 845-344-5300 or Crimetip@troopers.ny.gov.
