The Town of Tuxedo is exploring the idea of forming a village that would share the same borders of the town, according to the Times Herald-Record.
The town has reached out to a law firm to consider the idea, feeling it would help prevent a pipeline from being built through town, though they declined to offer further specifics, according to the Times Herald-Record.
