Authorities ID Two Victims In Fatal Pine Island Crash

All four victims from a fatal single-car Orange County crash in Pine Island on Saturday were from New Jersey, according to the Times-Herald Record.

Two Sussex County residents -- Emily Carwile, 36, of Vernon and Jessica Dussault, 30, of Hopatcong -- were killed after being ejected from the BMW that careened off a dark stretch of Glenwood Road and rolled over.

The driver of the vehicle, Christopher Perrella, 32, of Vernon, and third passenger Joseph Giordano, 32, of Columbia were hospitalized but survived the crash.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash, the Record said.
