Bon Secours Community Hospital

Bon Secours Charity Health System, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, recently welcomed local leaders and New York State officials to Bon Secours Community Hospital for a special ceremony, formally heralding the beginning of construction on a transformative $40-million hospital-renovation project.

With approval and $24 million in funding from the state, the Investing in a Healthier Community project is expected to usher in a new era of healthcare in the city of Port Jervis and its surrounding community. Facility and diagnostic equipment upgrades, and the development of the centerpiece of a “medical village,” will offer multidisciplinary health services for local residents. Through the medical village, the hospital will collaborate with community partners to provide a range of health-and-wellness services from one centralized hub.
