Man ID'd As Victim In Fatal Crash In Region, Driver Charged A 28-year-old man from the region has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash in which the driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter.  The collision occurred in Greene County at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, on Route 54 in the town of New Baltimore. According to Capt. Joel Rowell of the Greene County Sheriff's Office, an investigation into the fatal crash found that a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee being operated by 43-year-old Columbia County resident Evan Kravitz of Hudson was headed southwest on CR 54 when the vehicle went off the roadway and stru…
