Man Stabbed To Death In Orange County, Suspect On Run Police in the Hudson Valley are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed and killed on a city street. The incident occurred in Orange County at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, at 120 Parmenter St., in the city of Newburgh. According to Mike Neppl, chief of staff for the city, officers responding to a shot spotter notification found the man with injuries consistent with a stabbing.
