Hudson Valley Man Admits To Manslaughter In Drunk Driving Crash That Killed Girl,11 A Hudson Valley man faces years in prison after admitting to manslaughter in a drunk-driving case that killed his 11-year-old passenger in a four-vehicle crash.  Orange County resident Yeraldo Roa, age 35, of Port Jervis, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter on Friday, Oct. 4, in a case where he was found to be driving at twice the legal limit.
