New York State Police are asking the public's help in their investigation of a cold-case murder mystery of a family of four at their suburban upstate New York home. Tuesday, Oct. 8 marks the 10-year anniversary of the crime. On that Wednesday in 2014, troopers and multiple other law enforcement agencies responded to the Albany County home on Western Avenue in the town of Guilderland. Alert Issued For Missing 33-Year-Old Hudson Valley Woman
A 33-year-old woman from the region has gone missing, and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her. New York State Police issued an alert on Sunday, July 21, noting that Columbia County resident Hope Marie Duntz, of the city of Hudson, was reported missing by her family. She is described as being 5-foot-4 and 155 pounds. She has blonde hair with green tips and blue eyes. Anyone with info on her whereabouts is asked to call state police at 845-677-7300. Person Stabbed In Hudson Valley, Suspect On Run
Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help after a person was found stabbed. The incident occurred in Orange County around 9:35 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, in the area of 124 Grand St., in the city of Newburgh. According to Mike Neppl, Chief of Staff for the city, officers responded and located a victim, a 44-year-old City of Newburgh resident. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
