Man Run Over, Killed By His Own Truck After Mechanical Failure In Rockland County: PD (Update) A 44-year-old Albany man was fatally run over by the food truck that he was operating after a mechanical failure forced him out of the vehicle Thursday, Dec. 5 in Rockland County, authorities said.
