Accumulations of snow and sleet are not expected, but pockets of freezing rain will result in hazardous conditions at times, the weather service said. Icy roads and walkways can be expected.
Rain is likely after 10 a.m. Monday. Tuesday's high temperature will be around 40 degrees with the wind-chill factor making it feel more like between 30 and 35 degrees.
The overnight low will be in the mid 30s.
Tuesday will bring periods of drizzle or light rain before 1 p.m., then rain after 1 p.m. with a high in the low 40s.
