Thursday's cloudy weather precedes the warm front tonight, when there will be a chance of showers. The real soaking starts Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Thursday's high is predicted at 61 degrees, but rain is expected to continue throughout the day into the evening. Rainfall amounts between a quarter-inch and a half-inch are possible. Flooding is possible.

Thursday's temperatures will reach into the 50s, with lows in the high 40s tonight and Thursday night.

Breezy conditions precede a cold front that moves into the area Thursday night, the National Weather Service says. There's still a slight chance of showers Friday morning, but then conditions are expected to turn sunny with high temps in the mid-50s.
