A crash that initially took out the right lane on a stretch of the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway in Rockland resulted in heavy delays during the Thursday morning commute.
The crash, reported just before 7:30 a.m., was at Exit 8 (Route 59), with stop-and-go backups to Exit 10 (Middletown Road).
