15-Year-Old Struck By Car In Hudson Valley, Seriously Injured A 15-year-old was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured along a Hudson Valley roadway. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 6:10 p.m., Monday, May 6, at 290 W. Route 59 in Spring Valley. According to Det. Matthew Galli of the Spring Valley Police, responding officers, found the teen being treated by Chaverim and Hatzoloh EMS members.  The victim was transported to Westchester Medical Center in Vahalla for further treatment and is listed in stable but serious condition, Galli said. Worker Airlifted To Westchester Medical Center After Falling 7 Stories An employee of a Hudson Valley power plant is in critical condition after falling seven stories into the hopper in ductwork.  The incident took place in Rockland County around 5 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Bowline Power Plant in West Haverstraw.
