Students Evaluated, Treated After Chemical Exposure At Middle School In Hudson Valley Multiple students were treated following a chemical exposure at a Northern Westchester middle school, fire officials said. The incident happened on Friday afternoon, Nov. 15, when the incident was reported at Fox Lane Middle School in Bedford, according to the Bedford Fire Department. Arriving fire crews began isolating and ventilating the affected room while the Westchester County Hazmat team sent a representative to the scene.  After an investigation, first responders determined the product and exposures were "not significant" or critically harmful.
