2 Hospitalized After Car Flips On Roof In 3-Vehicle Crash On Parkway In Northern Westchester A three-car crash on a busy parkway in Northern Westchester caused one vehicle to flip on its roof and left two people hospitalized.  The crash happened on Monday night, April 17 around 8 p.m. on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway in Chappaqua near Route 120, and was started when a Toyota SUV driven by a 25-year-old Thornwood man was cut off by another vehicle, according to Westchester County Police Public Information Officer Kieran O'Leary. Officials Announce Upcoming 2-Week Road Closure In Northern Westchester State officials issued an alert about an upcoming two-week-long road closure in Northern Westchester. Route 128 is set to close between Sands Mill Road and Wampus Lakes Drive in North Castle beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, the New York State Department of Transportation announced. The road closure, which is being implemented to facilitate a culvert replacement, will last through Monday, Oct. 3, officials said. Motorists should follow the posted detour using Route 117, Route 120, and Route 22 as an alternate, according to the announcement.
