Man Run Over, Killed By His Own Truck After Mechanical Failure In Rockland County: PD (Update) A 44-year-old Albany man was fatally run over by the food truck that he was operating after a mechanical failure forced him out of the vehicle Thursday, Dec. 5 in Rockland County, authorities said. The Cessna citation 560X business jet crashed around 9:50 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 2, in Hartford County at Trumpf Inc., a manufacturer in Farmington.
