Rockland County Executive Ed Day Announces Staffing Changes Rockland County Executive Ed Day has announced a series of staffing changes that will take effect this week. Day Sworn In For Second Term As Rockland County Executive Rockland County Executive Ed Day was sworn in Monday for his second term before a crowd of hundreds at the Rockland Fire Training Center in Pomona.
