The incident took place in Rockland County around 3 a.m., Monday, Sept. 19, in Ramapo. According to the Ramapo Police, a 37-year-old Orange County resident from Monroe was stopped for a routine traffic infraction when officers noticed he was allegedly impaired by alcohol. Police responded to a report of a property damage crash on Route 202 in Yorktown at about 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 4, according to the Yorktown Police Department.  The Yorktown man, who was one of the drivers involved in the crash, was not able to show a driver's license and gave police a name and date of birth.  Yorktown Police later discovered that the defendant had provided a fake name and date of birth, authorities said. Barrios, age 44, of New Rochelle, was arrested on Tuesday, July 27, after the Village of Mamaroneck Police Department received a 911 call of a man with a gun at the Mamaroneck Train Station.
