20-Year-Old Shot, Killed After Stabbing Person At Hudson Valley Home: Police
A man was shot and killed after state police say he stabbed a person inside a home in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the town of Pleasant Valley. Responding state police troopers and Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office deputies officers located one victim suffering from a stab wound and another the victim of gunfire at the residence on Rawls Road, located just west of the Taconic State Parkway. The 12-year-old boy who accidentally shot himself in the head with an illegal handgun in Westchester has died from his wound, police said. Officers from the Yonkers Police Department were dispatched to a Nepperhan Avenue apartment shortly before midnight on Saturday, April 13, where there was a report of a child who was bleeding from the head. One Dead, Two Hospitalized After Overdosing At Gas Station In Westchester, Police Say
One man is dead and two others have been hospitalized after overdosing at a gas station in Westchester in an incident police say may be linked to fentanyl. Members of the Yonkers Police and Fire Departments along with units from Empress Emergency Medical Services responded to the gas station at 200 South Broadway on a report of a man down at about 7:45 p.m. on Friday, April 12.
