Here's Where NY Ranks Among US States For Most Confrontational Drivers When it comes to keeping your cool behind the wheel, New Yorkers appear to be among the coolest, according to a new survey from Forbes Advisor.  The outlet spoke with 5,000 drivers across the country using 10 key metrics to identify the states with the most confrontational drivers. Drivers were asked about their experiences with aggressive driving maneuvers, including whether they’d ever been tailgated, cut off, followed, or intentionally rammed by other drivers. Police Find Crash But No Driver, License Plates Or Registration Stickers In Rockland Police responded to a vehicle crash, only to find a very damaged vehicle, but no driver and no way to identify anyone involved. The incident took place Friday, May 3, when officers were dispatched to a report of a car into a guard rail, police said. (Police did not identify the location).
