Gift buying and date expenses for Valentine’s Day may reach new heights as Americans plan to spend more than ever on loved ones, a new survey said. US consumers will spend an estimated $27.5 billion in 2025, according to a survey from the National Retail Federation and Prosper Insights & Analytics. Stalking, Forcible Touching At Department Stores: Hudson Valley 18-Year-Old Charged
A teenager has been charged in connection to multiple incidents allegedly involving stalking and inappropriate touching at department stores in the Hudson Valley. The New York State Police announce the arrest of Jayden Rivers, age 18, from Monroe, New York. Rivers was charged with Forcible Touching and Stalking 3rd degree. Lord & Taylor Closing All Its Stores After Nearly 200 Years In Business
Lord & Taylor, the first department store to be established in the United States, is going out of business, closing all its stores after a 194-year run. Reversing a decision announced last week to keep 14 stores open, the company announced on Thursday, Aug. 27 that all of its 38 remaining stores and website have begun liquidation sales.
